Identifying Stakeholders

Who are the stakeholders that can make a change? Always make sure to segment the various stakeholders.

You need to do a stakeholder analysis to find out what category of people you need to engage including government, young people, media, etc. and send to them tailored messages. Each group requires a different message.

One important step to note is to always test the messages before you send to a wider group. Test the message with a small group of similar audience through consultation.
