Lesson 9: Checklist of Effective Messages

Easy to use checklist to prepare your conversations based on what we have learnt so far. By preparing your calls with this list, you will always be very well prepared for a meaningful discussion

Your message should use simple language and clearly explain the actions to be done
Personalize the communication as much as possible. You can mention a specific group of people to which the target audience belongs
Demonstrate that the vast majority of people, or increasingly more are already adopting the correct behavior
Be as clear, simple and specific as possible while delivering your message
Personalize your communication as much as you can. this will build a lot of trust
Emphasize the consequences or positive benefits of people`s actions
